Pallet Delivery Terms
These terms apply to local pallet delivery orders from Best Burn Firewood. Pallet delivery is different from our loose firewood delivery, so please read this before you order.
What Pallet Delivery Includes
Your pallet is delivered by box truck and brought down on a pallet jack to one flat, hard-surface spot that the jack can reach. We set it in place. Unwrapping, moving individual bundles, or relocating the pallet beyond that spot is up to you.
Where We Can Place a Pallet
A loaded pallet jack only rolls on flat, hard ground. We deliver to a driveway, parking pad, or a garage with a low threshold, anywhere the jack can reach straight off the truck on flat ground. We cannot cross grass, climb stairs or curbs, drop off any edge or ledge, or clear a raised lip the jack can't roll over. We will not take the jack off a flat surface.
If Your Spot Can't Be Reached
If the spot you want isn't reachable on flat, hard ground, we'll place the pallet at the nearest spot that is. This counts as a completed delivery.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel any time before we dispatch the truck and you'll receive a full refund.
- If our driver is on-site and you decline or refuse delivery because of something on your end, the delivery charge is non-refundable and the pallet is refunded at 75% of its price.
