The 0.75 Difference

A True 0.75 Cu Ft Bundle

Most suppliers quietly shrank their bundles to 0.65 cubic feet and kept the price the same, or raised it. We didn't. Every Best Burn bundle is a true 0.75 cubic feet, about 15% more wood than a 0.65 bundle. Across a full pallet of 78, that gap adds up fast.

What You Get

One Pallet, a Whole Season

A pallet is 78 of our packaged kiln-dried bundles, stacked six rows high, roughly 58.5 cubic feet of wood. It's the easy way to stock up for the season, a rental, a campground site, or a fire pit that sees a lot of use, without reordering a few bundles at a time.

How Pallet Delivery Works

Getting Your Pallet Where You Want It

A full pallet weighs around 1,700 pounds, so we deliver it differently than loose firewood. Here's exactly how it works, so you can have the right spot ready before we show up.

Off the Truck and Into Place

We arrive in a box truck with your pallet loaded inside and bring it down on a pallet jack. From there we can:

  • Roll it straight down your driveway into a garage, onto a parking pad, or any flat hard surface you choose.
  • Or, if your driveway is too narrow, unload at the curb and jack it to the closest flat spot you'd like.

From there it's yours. Most people tarp it and leave it right on the pallet. Some break it down and stack the bundles wherever they like. We can cut the wrap from around the pallet if you want, though we recommend leaving it on to keep the stack tight and dry.

What a Pallet Jack Can and Can't Do

A loaded pallet jack only rolls on flat, hard ground. To keep your pallet and our crew safe, a few things are firm and non-negotiable:

  • No grass, not even an inch. The wheels dig in and the load tips.
  • No stairs, curbs, or dropping off any edge or ledge.
  • No raised lips the jack can't roll over, like a tall garage threshold.

Pick a flat, hard-surface spot the jack can reach straight off the truck: driveway, parking pad, or a garage with a low threshold. If the spot you want can't be reached on flat ground, we'll set the pallet at the nearest spot that can. We will not take the jack off a flat surface, no exceptions.

Not sure your spot will work? Call us at (262) 746-7416 before you order and we'll talk it through. Ordering delivery? Please read our Pallet Delivery Terms before checkout.

Pallet FAQ

Everything customers ask before buying a full pallet of bundles. Don't see your question? Call (262) 746-7416.

How many bundles are on a pallet?

78 bundles, stacked in six rows of 13. That's about 58.5 cubic feet of kiln-dried firewood.

How much firewood is that?

Each bundle is a true 0.75 cubic feet with around seven splits, so a full pallet is roughly 58.5 cubic feet of wood.

Why is your bundle 0.75 cu ft when others are 0.65?

A lot of suppliers cut their bundles to 0.65 cubic feet to protect their margins. We kept ours at a true 0.75, about 15% more wood per bundle, for the same kind of price.

Is a pallet cheaper than buying bundles one at a time?

For oak, cherry, and hickory, a pallet is $4 a bundle instead of $5, which saves you $78 on 78 bundles. Birch is $4.75 a bundle instead of $6, saving $97.50. Mixed hardwood is already our lowest price at $4 a bundle, so a pallet is just the easy way to buy it in bulk.

Can I pick up a pallet, or get it delivered?

Pick one up at our yard in New Berlin, or have it delivered locally, delivery is calculated at checkout. If you're outside our local area, use the contact button and we'll sort it out.

Can I get certification documents with my order?

Yes. Check the certification box in the cart and we'll include your USDA and WDATCP documents with your receipt. Some parks and campgrounds want to see them.

Are these wrapped bundles or loose firewood?

Wrapped bundles. Each one is an individually packaged 0.75 cubic foot bundle, 78 of them stacked and ready on a pallet. Grab one at a time as you need it.

Ordered a bundle of hickory for the smoker and it was bone dry. Lit immediately, no bark fighting, and the smoke was exactly what I wanted on the ribs. Will be my go-to for the rest of the season.

Picked up four bundles for a bonfire. They were the best wood we've had in years, lit fast, burned hot, and smelled amazing. Everyone kept asking where we got it.

Easy pickup at the yard. Wood was stacked and dry. The hickory smoke flavor on my brisket was exactly right. Highly recommend.
