Best Burn Firewood is committed to delivering top-notch, kiln-dried firewood. Please note that refunds are generally not provided after purchase unless a proven issue arises with the product or service. Here are the criteria for problematic issues:

• Wood Not Burning: If you encounter difficulties with your firewood igniting, we'll conduct an investigation. Best Burn Firewood will replace your firewood at no cost or provide compensation/upgrades to address the issue.
  
  
• Incorrect Amount of Wood: In the event of a shortfall in your firewood order, we'll investigate and offer a refund corresponding to the shortage or deliver the additional firewood at no extra charge.
  
  
• General Quality Concerns: If your firewood order doesn't meet expectations or if you have quality concerns, we'll investigate the matter and address it based on your preferences. While an immediate full or partial refund may not be guaranteed, suitable compensation can be considered in certain cases.
